SEC 02 / THE PART NOBODY TELLS YOU
One Rule.
Two Separate Tests.
TEST ONE, UNSATISFIED JUDGMENTS AND LIENS
Your credit report cannot disclose any unsatisfied judgment or lien. Not against you, and not against a business you qualified. There is no course that fixes this one.
TEST TWO, YOUR CREDIT SCORE
A FICO derived score of 660 or higher, or proof you completed the 14 hour financial responsibility course approved by the Board.
Almost everyone thinks the course is the fix for everything. It is not. It clears the score test and nothing else.
An old judgment from a dispute you thought was closed will stop a file that is otherwise perfect. So will a lien you believed was released years ago.
